Jim Anthis is the founder and President of Evia Auto Sales Inc. Jim founded Evia in 1996 opening his first store on Dix Ave in Glens Falls.
The goal in establishing Evia was to sell quality, affordable used cars. Jim quickly realized that many people didn't have enough savings to purchase a used car and lacked the credit the banks required for a loan. Wanting to help his customers Jim offered second chance financing to help his customers. Jim partnered with Credit Acceptance Corporation in 2001 which enabled him to offer Guaranteed Credit Approval. 

Jim's experience with Credit Acceptance includes serving two years as the National Dealer Partner Council's co-chairman.

Scott Seeley was hired to manage sales in October 2002 which allowed Jim to spend time expanding the business. Inventory was increased and our service department was expanded for better customer service. Scott brought over fifteen years experience to Evia.

Evia moved to it's current, much larger location on Aviation Rd in 2005 and Evia's sales ranks #1 in the northeast for Credit Acceptance loans.

In March 2008 Patrick Wright was hired as assistant sales manager. Pat's experience includes over twenty years in the local auto industry.
